Hello! I will practice yoga every day for 30 days. Join me for a class!

I will take all my classes at Urban Yoga. With two wonderful locations, it’s my favourite studio to practice at in Dubai. Check them out  in Business Bay or just above HAPI in Alserkal Avenue.


Day 1: Sunday Aug 6

Candlelit Yin Yoga with Liberty @ 8:30pm – 9:30pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

The perfect class for the over-worked, the over-stimulated, the over-stressed and the over-tired. Restorative yoga helps move and shape the body using carefully supported positions and movements with long holds. Each posture is held for 5 minutes or more! Leave feeling rested and more centered. Perfect as a complement in your regular practice, on days that you’re more tired or for those that are looking for a more restful and recuperative practice.


Day 2:  Monday Aug 7

Flow then Stretch with Sara @ 7:30pm – 8:45pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

In a flow class, we glide from posture to posture. This class uses a sequence of traditional yoga postures, linking the postures by transitioning movement and breath into a flowing sequence, called a “vinyasa”. Equal parts strengthening and stretching, this is a great well-balanced class. While you hold some postures longer than others, in a flow class, you generally just keep moving. This style is commonly referred to as Vinyasa Flow.


Day 3: Tuesday Aug 8

Yoga Fundamentals with Vanessa @ 7:30pm – 8:30pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

Escape the chaos of your day, reconnect with your breath, and let your body soften where it’s been gripping onto stress. In this class we playfully explore the underlying patterns that can help us work more efficiently with our bodies and minds. We take a detailed look at how we move & transition from pose to pose. We take the time to notice the subtleties of the breath and the inner workings of our individual bodies. This is an hour for waking up to new possibilities and discovering how the natural intelligence of the body can help set you on a new path.

Day 4: Wednesday Aug 9

Restorative & Stretch with Dionne @ 8:00pm – 9:15pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

Restoratives are all about nourishment. Counterbalance your busy lifestyle with a slower, gentler yoga. Sometimes taking the time for more restful poses is the most strategic, efficient skillful way to meet the demands and challenges of a high-impact life. These are the yoga practices that can alleviate chronic headaches, eye strain, heartburn, intestinal pains! Perfect for anyone who feels “pulled apart” by their own commitments, perfect for anyone who struggles to get enough sleep, perfect for finding that feeling of freedom and peace in this chaotic urban jungle.


Day 5: Thursday Aug 10

Flexibility Flow with Liberty @ 6:30am – 7:30am @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

This class flows with the intention of creating greater mobility in all the major joints and muscles groups in the body. You will move and sweat to bring more elasticity into your tissues. Expect a few longer holds within the class to patiently mould your muscles.


Day 6: Friday Aug 11

Urban Flow with Liberty @ 11:00am – 12:15pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

Movement and transitions are the key differentiator in a flow class. A flow class uses a sequence of traditional yoga postures, linking the postures by transitioning movement and breath into a flowing sequence. While you hold some postures longer than others, in a flow class, you generally just keep moving & breathing.


Day 7: Saturday Aug 12

Urban Flow with Omar @ 11:00am – 12:15pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

For those that want to start taking their practice to the next level! In Urban Flow Level 2, we start playing with some more challenging postures including arm balances, inversions & backbends – you don’t need to be able to do them already… you just need to be ready to play!


Day 8: Sunday Aug 13

Candlelight Yoga with Sara @ 7:00pm – 8:15pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

Candlelight Yoga will take you on a journey deep within the breath and the body. Equal parts strengthening and stretching, this is a great well-balanced class. As we connect each movement with the breath, we begin to delve deeper within our bodies and our mind. With the lights low & the candles lit, Candlelight Yoga will offer you a whole new vantage point to your regular yoga class.

Urban Sunrise Flow with Sara @ 6:30am – 7:30am @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

Sweep away the cobwebs and get moving with a Sunrise Yoga class first thing in the morning! By 7.30am, you’ve already done an hour of yoga practice and are ready for the rest of the day. Pre-booking or cancellation required by 11pm the night before – at sunrise, if you don’t come, we won’t either…


Day 11: Wednesday Aug 16

Dynamic Flow with Omar @ 7:00pm – 8:15pm @ Urban Yoga – Business Bay

A challenging fast paced dynamic flow yoga class. Dynamic flow is all about fun and uplifting sequences designed to awaken and energize the body – this class improves strength, flexibility and stamina. It finishes with a series of yin poses to restore balance in the body


Day 12: Thursday Aug 17
