The 30-day challenge is not new to me.

My past challenges all speak to my well-being: physical, mental, emotional.

This one is no different, and will definitely be a challenge of all three.

I’ve partnered with Urban Yoga in Dubai to challenge myself to 30 days of yoga. Non-discriminate and inclusive, I will practice all kinds, at all times of day.

During my 30 days I expect to sweat, stretch and occasionally wake up before the sun.

I’ll be sharing my schedule – where and when I’ll be practising – as well as a daily post about my practice.

What it is, what I like, and what I don’t.

What it teaches me about yoga and what it teaches me about myself.
